PostVeggie-Loaded Meatloaf

 

I love simple nourishment.

 

Makes 1 loaf.

INGREDIENTS:

500g grass fed organic mince beef

1tsp himalayan rock salt or celtic rock salt

1 carrot

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup basil leaves

4 leaves of kale

 

optional: 2 tsp dehydrated bone broth (for some extra gut lovin’) and a pinch of Dulse flakes (for added iodine and thyroid joy)

 

METHOD:

  • Blend all ingredients together
  • Press into a lined loaf tin
  • Bake at 180DegC for 35-45min or until cooked through
