PostSuper Choc Granola

Breakfast, snack, dessert…….the options are endless

INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup almonds, chopped roughly

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped roughly

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup rice malt syrup

1/4 cup cacao melts

1 cup shredded coconut

1 tsp vanilla or one vanilla pod

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup coconut oil, melt if solidified

pinch of salt and dulse flakes

 

METHOD:

  • Preheat oven to 180C
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well
  • Spread onto baking paper and baking tray
  • Bake until crisp, depending on oven around 15mins
  • Allow to cool and store in an airtight container
  • Delicious with greek or coconut yoghurt, or simply solo!  xx
