PostCoconut and Chocolate Granola

Gluten Free + Delish!

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded coconut (watch for preservative 220)

1/2 cup almond meal

1/2 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup pepitas

1 drop orange essential oil

1/2 cup pure cacao melts 

1 tbs raw cacao powder

4 tbs coconut oil

1 tbs cinnamon

 

Method:

  • mix it all together well
  • lay on baking paper and bake 180C until golden brown (10-15mins)
