PostGluten Fee Bread

My favourite GF bread.  Fine to use with savoury or sweet toppings. Gluten free + freezable.

 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup LSA

2 1/2 cups almond meal

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dulse flakes

1 tsp baking soda

5 eggs

1 1/2 tbs coconut oil

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

 

Method:

  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Add wet ingredients, mix well
  • pour into a baking paper lined bread tin
  • Cook 25-35mins at 180DegC
