PostShrek Bowl (GF + DF)

Serves 4

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas

1 small frozen apple (qtr before freezing)

1 handful of spinach leaves

1/2 cup coconut yoghurt (or choice)

a dash of coconut water

1 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 tbs almonds

2 tbs chia seeds

1 tsp supreme greens (optional boost)

1 tsp organic probiotics (optional but gut lovin’)

1 capful colloidal minerals (optional boost)

 

Method:

Add all ingredients to thermomix or high quality food processor/ blender

Blend with breaks stirring twice

Scoop into 4 bowls and top with your choice of LSA, shredded coconut, goji berries, seeds……
