Makes 15 small slices
Base Ingredients:
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup medjool dates
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs desiccated coconut
- Process until slightly oily and press into a loaf tin
Filling Ingredients:
2 cups raw cashews, soaked 24hrs
1 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tsp probiotic, protein or super greens (or all!)
- Process all ingredients until smooth and pour over base
- Freeze for minimum 3 hours
