PostSpiced Chia Pudding with nuts & seeds

6 tbs chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
4 tbs dried goji berries
1/2 tsp all spice
2 tsp rice malt syrup
1/4 tsp cardamon
1/2 cup berries
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raw almonds and sunflower seeds (for topping)
Method:

Place almond milk in a bowl and stir in chia seeds
Add berries, rice malt syrup, vanilla and spices and stir
Top with seeds and nuts
Refrigerate until the chia seeds thicken
