PostMorning Green Smoothie

A great morning smoothie to add in some gut healing properties with l-glutamine and chia seeds.

Ingredients:FullSizeRender 3

2 tsp nut butter

2 handfuls spinach leaves

2 bananas

2 tbs LSA

1 tbs chia seeds

1 tsp maca powder

1 tsp L-glutamine

Ice

1 1/2 cups almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon
