PostChicken (and bone broth) + Broccoli Soup

This is as easy as it gets for a super gut soothing remedy (once you have your broth made!).  It freezes well too.

 

Ingredients:

2 heads of broccoli, steamed

4  cups of bone broth (chicken)

500 g chicken breast, chopping

1 tbs of vegetable stock paste (optional, if you are a thermy whiz)

 

 

Method:

Steam the broccoli florets

Cook the chicken in the bone broth

Allow all to cool and then blend in a food process
